1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchase a Pro subscription (Monthly or Yearly) or a Lifetime Pro key and find that it doesn't fit your design workspace, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase timestamp.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our billing desk at support@zivorglobal.com or use our Contact Form. Please provide:

• Your checkout email address.
• Your order transaction ID or receipt reference code.
• Optional: A brief reason for the cancellation so we can improve our stitching engine.

3. Processing Timeline

Once approved, refunds are processed instantly. Funds will be returned to your original credit card or payment account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank's clearance policies.
